“I want to see …. video segments that air comparisons of individuals against specific questions and specific issues. See them examine/discuss some aspect related to the competency of the experience they’ve had, and then pull that information, side by side, take it to the hiring manager and say “here is the crux of these two candidates. Before we bring either of then in let’s see how they respond to these key elements of the job”
