Guys: Good stuff – clearly done your homework. Would love to see you two zero in on the video resume trend and offer your opine. Specifically whos doing it right and who to avoid. Take a peek at what all is required from the candidate e.g. cost, uploading, hosting, technological abilities etc. Virtually every site is approaching these challenges the same way. Now to self serve… I’ve been in recruiting / search / staffing for 15 years. I took my intellectual capital and started TalentRooster.com. I’m convinced that we’ve take the video resume idea and boiled it down to a science. I’d love to know what you guys think. Thanks.

And once you have the perfect resume you can start sending it out to job offers (search job offers on http://jobs.trovit.com ) but please don’t do the guerrilla job search, it always makes me wonder why people think sending out 300 resumes will get them a job…
