On April 11th I conducted a webinar for staffing leaders detailing one of the strategies I recommend to companies wishing to remain competitive by automating aspects of their sourcing process. This strategy consists of casting a wide net using resume robots like InfoGIST, then building a talent pipeline that automatically forwards the best matched profiles to recruiters using relevance algorithms like those applied by Trovix.
