But Iâ€™m left wondering about the face to face connectionâ€“you advocate phone and Internet but I wonder as we move more towards technology, are we abandoning face-to-face completely? Iâ€™m not a doubting Thomas at all when it comes to technology but I am wondering how you respond to recruiters who areâ€¦</description>
