    I do have the following hot open job, can you assist?

    If you sent qualified candidates they will be getting an interview…..we need additional candidates immediately!!!!!

    MAX rate 65/hr……they need to be worth the money!!!!
    People will work 60 to 80/hr’s a week on this project.
    Client will pay for lodging….. We will also give periodic flights home…..20+ spots…..we want all filled and ready to start by 5/19.
    Interviews will start happening tomorrow and continue to all spots are filled. This project is not for people who don’t want to work…..There will be long hours……there will be rewards!!!
    We will review resumes in the order they come in…..We need the following on all resumes

    1. Who the candidate was EMPLOYED by for each project as well as the client name…client will be doing a background check. They simply verify that the information is correct
    2. A note from the candidates saying Intech has my permission to submit to Client…

    SAP HR Test Script Writer:
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of SAP HR testing and/or functional experience is required.
    • Proven experience in QA Testing and HR application testing
    • Proficiency in using Mercury Quality Center for Test Scripts, Test runs and Defect Management
    • Pro-active and result oriented
    • Experience in interpreting Design Specs and writing Test Cases (positive and negative)
    SAP HR Test Script Team Lead:
    • SAP HR experience is required as a QA Lead resource will be placed over the SAP HR Test Script Writing team
    • Proven experience in QA Testing and HR application testing
    • Proficiency in using Mercury Quality Center for Test Scripts, Test runs and Defect Management
    • Pro-active and result oriented
    • Experience in interpreting Design Specs and writing Test Cases (positive and negative)
    Expectation of Roles:
    SAP HR Test Script Writer:
    • Develop test plans and test most complex new feature functionality which provides new products and services, and includes items which enhance systems flexibility, reliability and maintainability.
    • Perform most complex integration, stress/volume and regression testing on new software.
    • Manage most complex software patch testing and applications.
    • Assist developers in second level resolution for trouble escalation.
    • Review software/vendor documentation to ensure feature functionality requirements are delivered.
    • Negotiate with vendors concerning software/hardware matters of feature functionality and delivery.
    • Lead and perform interoperability testing.
    • Develop and implement new test cases for feature validation.
    • Participate in the coordination of site schedules for software/hardware verification.
    • Manage vendors or other departmental groups to ensure goals and objectives are met.
    • Train and develop lower level employees.
    • Conduct workshops to transfer knowledge to the operational technical owners.
    • Ensure that test schedules and plans are followed and executed properly. Ensure assigned testing system problems are documented, assigned, communicated, and appropriately resolved, including tracking reports for software and hardware validation. Verify that all scheduled processing in the test environment is completed in accordance with schedules.
    • Lead team in implementation of new application systems and software into the more complex testing environments.
    • Provide technical leadership in response to user requests and in the resolution of more complex issues and problems.
    • Perform standards verification in increasingly complex testing environments.
    • Provide technical solutions and improvements to the more complex testing environments through use of skills, experience, and leadership.
    • Ensure all impacted organizations are coordinated with and represented.

    SAP HR Test Script Team Lead:
    • Serve as a single point of contact for vendor resources assigned under the Labor Arbitrage and Convergys project resources. Work assignments will be driven into the group through the SAP HR Test Script Team Lead
